During the initial product design stage, YH America’s Product Engineering Group works with the customer to develop and implement designs that can be manufactured to strict standards using the most cost effective methods.

Upon completion of the design stage, YH America’s qualified and experienced Prototype Technicians create samples in a simulated production environment.  Using these samples, Product Engineering with support from Prototype, assists the customer throughout the design process before product launch.

YH America also uses advanced technology to perform rigorous tests to qualify our products and processes.  YH America’s Product Development staff conducts these tests in accordance with customer and YH America specifications.  Our testing capabilities include:
